The Four T's of Turkey!!
Before Preparing the Turkey for This Thanksgiving Family Dinner, Please Follow These Four Steps.
  1. Thawing: Tham the Turkey in the Refrigerator for at Least Twentyfour (24) Hours for Every Four (4) Pounds of Turkey Meat Before Cooking
  2. Temperature: When Roasting is Assumed/Done, Test the Turkey for the Following Results 180 Degrees in the Thigh, 170 Degrees in the Breast and 165 Degrees in the Center of the Stuffing
  3. Two (2) Hour Storage: Leftover Turkey Should be Stored Within Two (2) Hours in Storage Containers After Cooking/Dinner
  4. Three (3) Days to Consume: If Leftover Turkey is not Consumed Within Three (3) Days, Freeze the Rest.
